We will be happy to take back the shoes and exchange a new one.
Exchange Policy
1. You will need to wait for 3 weeks to get the new shoes.
2. Can only exchange, NO refund.
3. Buyers will have to bear the postage fee. COD can be arranged in KL areas.
4. Exchange shoes condition has to be the same as we send to you.
5. It has to be returned to us within 7 days (from the day you received the shoes)
6. Can only exchange one time.
